Clover Legends Grimoires: The Twelve-Book Roster
Identify the twelve books, distinguish rarity from usefulness, and check spell milestones before deciding whether to replace your grimoire.
Clover Legends has twelve grimoires across four tiers: Fire, Wind, Water, Earth, Lightning, Plant, Poison, Chain, World Tree, Dark, Light and Anti-Magic. Use the roster to identify a book first, then decide whether your next useful action is developing it or looking for another style.
Read the roster as a progression overview
The game description introduces the books in four groups: starting options, books to grow into, lucky finds, and books for the few. These descriptions help orient a player; they are not a set of numerical pull rates or a performance ranking.
This overview demonstrates books within the game's broader quest loop. Watch the available spells and the player's choices when comparing a book with your own.
| Book | Description group |
|---|---|
| Fire | Starting option |
| Wind | Starting option |
| Water | Starting option |
| Earth | Grow into |
| Lightning | Grow into |
| Plant | Grow into |
| Poison | Grow into |
| Chain | Grow into |
| World Tree | For the lucky |
| Dark | For the lucky |
| Light | For the few |
| Anti-Magic | For the few |
Keep rarity and usefulness separate
The rarity names are Common, Rare, Legendary and Mythical. Check a book's displayed rarity in the game when identifying the item you own. The table above preserves the description's groups without assigning an unsupported rarity label or chance to each book.
A rarity label does not explain whether you can land the available moves reliably. For choosing a working book, inspect its spell panel and compare its behavior in a manageable fight. A book you understand can be more useful to your session than an attractive name with an unfamiliar attack pattern.
Develop the book before dismissing it
Fighting raises the equipped grimoire's book level. Level 10 and 20 unlock additional spells in that same book, without requiring a second spin. An early impression based on the opening move can miss what the next spell adds.
The starting-book pages cover Fire, Wind and Water. If you want a different book, read the spin decision guide and set a resource limit before opening the pull interface.
Does the roster mean a beginner must collect every book?
No. It is an identification list. Choose a book you can use, learn its available spells, and let a concrete combat goal guide any later collection plan.
